Archive a Class

Issue/Question


Classes with past ended dates are still showing as active online and available for enrollment. How do I properly close or archive classes so they no longer appear online?

Resolution


Classes do not automatically archive when their session end date passes. To prevent them from appearing online or being available for enrollment, the class must be manually archived.

  1. Navigate to the Class Record that you want to archive.

  2. Click the Archive Class button.

  3. A warning pop-up will appear asking you to confirm. Click Archive to proceed.

Once archived, the Class Status will update to Archived, and the class will no longer appear as active or available for enrollment online.
