Allow or prevent Parent Portal payments
Objective
Allow or prevent parents from making payments in the Parent Portal.
Solution
Payments in the Parent Portal are controlled through the Parent Portal section of the ePayment Settings.
- Go to the Gear icon > Settings > ePayments.
- Under the Credit Card & Bank Account Settings, select Manage Settings.
- From the left menu, select the Parent Portal Settings tab.
- Locate Can parents make payments through the Parent Portal? and toggle to Yes to allow or No to prevent payments.
- Click Save Changes.
