Allow inactive families to enroll in Parent Portal

Issue/Question


Parents are not able to enroll and receive the error message: "Only families/accounts that have a student currently enrolled may register for a class. Please contact us with any questions." How do I fix this?

Resolution


To allow inactive families to enroll in the Parent Portal, follow the steps below to update this setting.

  1. Go to theĀ GearĀ icon >Ā SettingsĀ >Ā Parent Portal.
  2. Select the SettingsĀ tab.
  3. Scroll to theĀ Class Enrollment SettingsĀ section and uncheck the checkbox toĀ Prevent Inactive Families from enrolling.
