Allow staff to see all activities and classes on Staff Portal
Issue/Question
My teachers are not seeing the option to see all classes in their Jackrabbit portal. Do I need to give permission for that?
Resolution
To adjust your settings to allow staff to see all classes in the Staff Portal:
- Go to Staff > Active Staff
- Select the staff member you wish to edit
- Click the Portal Settings tab
- Under the Manage Activities tab, check the All Activities at Staff Portal Location option
- Select Save Changes
This setting will allow the staff member will see all activities and classes at the location from which the Staff Portal was launched.
