Allow staff to see all activities and classes on Staff Portal

Issue/Question


My teachers are not seeing the option to see all classes in their Jackrabbit portal. Do I need to give permission for that?

Resolution


To adjust your settings to allow staff to see all classes in the Staff Portal:

  1. Go to Staff > Active Staff
  2. Select the staff member you wish to edit
  3. Click the Portal Settings tab
  4. Under the Manage Activities tab, check the All Activities at Staff Portal Location option
  5. Select Save Changes

This setting will allow the staff member will see all activities and classes at the location from which the Staff Portal was launched.
