Allow parents to make a payment in the Parent Portal when no fees are due

Issue/Question

I want parents to be able to pay in advance even with a zero dollar balance. What do I change in my settings to enable this?

A payment can be prepaid on an account with a $0.00 balance in the Parent Portal and it will appear as a credit on the family record.

To allow payments to be made in advance:

Go to the Gear icon > Settings > ePayments.
Under the Credit Card & Bank Account Settings, select the Manage Settings button.
Select Parent Portal Settings from the menu on the left.
Ensure that the setting, When payments can be made in the Parent Portal, parents can:, is set to Change payment amount (payment is applied to oldest fees).
Select Save Changes.
