Add a Time Buffer to Staff's scheduled time
Objective
Create a Time Buffer to add time to the staff's scheduled class start and end times.
Solution
To add a Time Buffer to Time Entries:
- Navigate to Staff > Staff Portal > Portal Settings.
- Scroll to the Time Entry Settings section.

Select one of the Time Buffer options from the drop-down menu.
- There are 3 Time Buffer options:
- Per Class - the number of minutes entered will be added to each scheduled class duration. Â
- Per Day - The number of minutes entered will be added to each day's scheduled time.Â
- Per Time Entry - The number of minutes entered will be added to each time entry.Â
- There are 3 Time Buffer options:
- Select a minutes option from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save Changes.
