Prorate tuition fees for classes that meet more than the standard number of days in a monthly Billing Cycle.

Jackrabbit offers the ability to prorate Tuition Fees automatically. To prorate Tuition Fees for months that meet more than the standard number of times in a month when the Billing Method is set to By Class Fee:

1. Navigate to the Gear icon > Settings > Tuition & Discounting.
2. Under Prorating Options, click the Manage Option button.
3. Set Do you prorate (post partial tuition)? to Yes.
4. Set When using the Billing Method of By Class Fee, do you charge extra when a class meets more than the standard number of days in the monthly Billing Cycle? to Yes.
