Revoke a User ID
Objective
Manage access for a staff member who is no longer working at your organization.
Solution
Use the Revoke User ID option to remove login access while retaining the user’s historical activity on the account.
Revoking a User ID prevents the user from logging in, while keeping their record available for reporting and activity tracking.
- Go to the Gear icon > Settings > Users & Permissions > User IDs (left menu).
- Click the User ID you want to revoke.
- Click Revoke User ID.
If the User ID is matched to a staff member, revoking access will also prevent them from logging into the Staff Portal.
