Manage Business Location access

Control which Business Locations a user can access in a multi-location system.

Solution

---

To manage a user’s access to Business Locations, update their Location permissions in the User Access-Locations of the User record.

1. Go to the Gear icon > Settings > Users & Permissions.
2. Click on the UserID.
3. From the left menu, select User Access-Locations.
4. Select or clear the checkbox for each Business Location as needed.
5. Click Save Changes.
