Clear User-Defined Field answers
Objective
Clear User-Defined Field (UDF) answers for all or selected families or students.
Solution
Clear Family or Student User-Defined Field answers in bulk using Mass Actions from the respective grid.
- Go to Families > All Families or Students > All Students.
- Select records as needed, or leave all unchecked to include all.
- Click the Mass Actions icon.
- Select Clear UDF Answers.
- In the Clear User-Defined Field Answers window, select the User-Defined Fields to clear.
- Click Clear.
- Select Clear Answers to confirm and clear.
