Billing Info tab - Add Card option unavailable

Objective


Determine why the Add Card option is unavailable on the Billing Info tab of the family record.

Solution


The Add Card option is controlled by the setting that allows multiple saved credit cards per family account in ePayment Settings.

  1. Go to the Gear icon > Settings > ePayments.
  2. In the Credit Card & Bank Account Settings section, select Manage Settings.
  3. From the left menu, select Cards Accepted.
  4. Under Allow 3 credit cards per family/account, choose Yes.
  5. Select Save Changes.
