Add a User

Objective


Create a User to grant access to your Jackrabbit system.

Solution


Add Users in the Users & Permissions section of Settings.

  1. Go to the Gear icon > Settings > Users & Permissions.
  2. Click Add User.
  3. Enter a User ID.
  4. Create a New Password and Re-enter Password.
  5. Enter the user's First Name and Last Name.
  6. Add an Email.
    • ⚠️ For security purposes, avoid using a shared email address.
  7. Select the Role(s).
  8. Match to a staff person from the drop-down list, if applicable.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Click OK to confirm.
