Clear Family Fixed Fees

Remove Family Fixed Fees for all or selected families.

Solution

Clear Family Fixed Fees in bulk using the Family Fixed Fees option in the More menu of the All Families grid. 

1. Go to Families > All Families
2. Select the Filter icon
3. Navigate to Financial Details
4. Under the Fee Arrangements section, set Has Family Fixed Fee? to Yes
5. Click Apply
6. Select the desired families ot update, or leave blank to include all.
7. Navigate to the More menu (3 dots)
8. Select Family Fixed Fees
9. Toggle Remove any fixed fees from selected families
10. Click Update
11. Click Confirm Update

ℹ️ To update more than 50 families at once, change Items per page at the bottom of the grid to 250.
