Delete multiple Transaction Fees
Objective
Delete multiple Transaction Fees that were posted by mistake to remove duplicate or incorrect charges.
Solution
Delete multiple Transaction Fees using the Delete Transaction Fees page.
- Go to Transactions > Delete Transactions > Transaction Fees.
- Select a Location.
- Enter additional search criteria as needed.
- Click Preview Fees.
- Clear any Transaction Fees to exclude from deletion.
- Click Delete.
- Click Yes in the confirmation window.
ℹ️ The Delete Transaction Fees function will not delete the following types of Transactions:
- ePayments
- Linked fees
- Tuition fees posted in a batch
- Refunds linked to payments
