Understand how Jackrabbit determines whether a saved credit card or bank account is used when processing ePayments.

Solution

When both a credit card and bank account are saved on the Billing Info tab of a Family record, the ePayment Method field determines which payment method is used when processing ePayments.

If Credit Card is selected, Jackrabbit processes payments using the saved credit card. If Bank Account is selected, Jackrabbit processes payments using the saved bank account.
