Assign one or more Staff/Instructors to an individual Class.

Solution

Assign Staff/Instructors to an individual Class from the Instructors tab of the Class record.

1. Go to Classes > All Classes, then open the Class record.
2. Select the Instructors tab.
3. Select up to four Staff/Instructors from the available drop-down lists.
4. Click the Save Changes button.

The selected Staff/Instructors are assigned to the Class and are available anywhere instructor assignments are displayed within Jackrabbit.

ℹ️ Staff/Instructors must have a Staff record before they can be assigned to a Class.
