Create Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials for a Jackrabbit account.

Solution

Create SSO credentials from the Add Account page.

1. Log in to a Jackrabbit account.
2. Go to Gear > Account > Add Account.
3. Choose one of the available sign-in methods:
   • Email address
   • Google
   • Facebook
4. If using an email address, enter the email address to use for SSO.
5. Click Send Email Verification.
6. Open the verification email and complete the verification process.
7. Create a password to finish setting up your SSO credentials.

Once your SSO credentials have been created, additional Jackrabbit accounts can be linked to the same SSO account. See Link additional Jackrabbit accounts to Single Sign-On (SSO).

ℹ️ The Single Sign On feature must be enabled before SSO credentials can be created. If Add Account is not available under Gear > Account, contact the Support team to have the feature enabled.
