Text Families Enrolled in Classes
Objective
Learn how to send a mass text message to families with students currently enrolled in classes.
Solution
Use the Email/Text Families feature to send a text message to families with students currently enrolled in classes.
- Go to Families > Email/Text Families.
- Set Type to Text Messages/Email.
- Note: Families who have opted out of text messages will receive the message by email instead.
- Draft your message.
- Define your Search Criteria to include families with students currently enrolled in classes.
- Click Preview List.
- Review the recipient list and unselect rows, if needed.
- Click Send Text Message/Email.
