Find classes with low enrollment

Objective

Identify classes with low current enrollment.

Solution

The Enrollment Snapshot 1 report compares each class’s current enrollment with its maximum size, making it easy to identify classes with low enrollment.

Go to Reports > Find Reports.
Under Browse Reports, select Classes / Enrollment.
Select the Enrollment tab, then select Enrollment Snapshot 1.
Enter filters to narrow the report results, if needed. If no filters are entered, all classes are included.
Select Submit.

In the report results, review the following columns:

% Full displays a bar indicating how full each class is.
Current Size displays the number of students currently enrolled in each class.

ℹ️ The Enrollment Snapshot 1 report is not historical. It reflects current enrollment at the time the report is generated.
