Email students in a specific recital

Email the students participating in a specific recital when Jackrabbit doesn't provide a direct email option for an individual recital.

Solution

Although you can't email participants directly from an individual recital, you can export the participants' email addresses and send your message from your organization's email account.

Export participant email addresses

1. Select Activities > Recital > Recital List. 

2. Open the Recital. 

3. Select Export Excel - Student Details. 

4. Open the exported spreadsheet. 

5. In the Primary Contact Email column, copy the email addresses.

Send the email

1. Open a new message in your organization’s email account.
2. Paste the email addresses into the BCC field.
3. Enter the recital message.
4. Send the email.
