Add multiple Classes at once using the Jackrabbit Importer Spreadsheet.

Solution

Import multiple Classes from the Import Data page using the Jackrabbit Importer Spreadsheet. Complete the Class List worksheet with the Class information, then upload the spreadsheet to create multiple Classes at once.

1. Go to Gear > Set Up > Import Data.
2. Click the Jackrabbit Importer Spreadsheet link.
3. Download and open the spreadsheet.
4. Select the Class List worksheet.
5. Enter the Class information.
   • For recurring Classes, enter the exact End Date.
   • For makeups, set the End Date to the following day.
6. Save the spreadsheet.
7. Return to Gear > Set Up > Import Data.
8. Upload the completed spreadsheet.
9. Complete the import.

After the import is complete, locate the imported Classes to verify the results and update any additional Class settings as needed. To update multiple imported Classes at once, see Update settings for multiple Classes at once.
