Send a push notification to an entire class.

Solution

Push Notifications are available only to Jackrabbit Plus clients. From the Class Record, use Email/Text Class and select Push Notification to send a message to class recipients through the mobile app.

1. Navigate to the Class Record.
2. Select the Email/Text Class button.
3. Set Type to Push Notification.
4. Define the Search Criteria and Recipients as needed.
5. Click Preview List.
6. Review the recipient list and unselect any rows that should not receive the notification.
7. Click Send to Mobile Inventor.
8. Compose your message in the Notification Composer.
9. Click Send.
