Search for payments not processed in a batch

Objective

Search for payments that may have been processed outside of Process ePayments.

Solution

Use Search Transactions to search for payments by transaction date and Type of Payment that may have been processed outside of Process ePayments; the results may also include refunded payments and payments processed using Process ePayments.

Go to Transactions > Search.
Enter the desired Transaction Date From and Through dates.
Select the Type of Payment (credit).
Click Submit.

The total amount for the transactions is displayed at the bottom of the last page of results in the AMT column.
