Find Families with missing payment information

Find Families that do not have an ePayment method saved.

Solution

Use the Family ePayment Listing report and select (no value) for ePayment Method to find Families that do not have a saved ePayment method.

1. Go to Reports > Find Reports.
2. Search for and select Family ePayment Listing.
3. Select the desired Search Criteria.
4. For ePayment Method, select (no value).
5. Click the Submit button.
