Hide a Session from users

Prevent a Session from appearing as a drop-down option for Jackrabbit users.

Solution

Hide a Session from users in Drop-down Lists by selecting Hide from users for the Session; this removes the Session from Session drop-down choices but does not hide the Classes assigned to that Session.

1. Go to Gear > Settings > General > Drop-down Lists.
2. Select Session in the Class section.
3. Locate the desired Session.
4. Select Hide from users.
5. Click the Save Changes button.

To make the Session available to users again, clear Hide from users and save the changes.
