Manage Session visibility in drop-down menus for Jackrabbit users.

Solution

Use the Hide from users setting to control whether a Session is available in Session drop-down menus. This setting only controls the visibility of the Session in drop-down lists; it does not hide Classes assigned to the Session.

1. Go to Gear > Settings > General > Drop-down Lists.
2. Select Session in the Class section.
3. Locate the desired Session.

4. Set Hide from users as needed:

   • Select Hide from users to remove the Session from Session drop-down menus.
   • Clear Hide from users to make the Session available in Session drop-down menus.
5. Click the Save Changes button.
