Access the Jackrabbit Customer Portal to manage the Jackrabbit subscription account.

Solution

Access the Jackrabbit Customer Portal from the Billing section of My Account or log in directly using the Jackrabbit Billing Portal link.

Access from Jackrabbit

1. Go to Gear > Account > My Account.
2. Select Billing from the left menu.
3. Click the Billing Portal link.
4. Enter the Billing Portal login credentials.

Access the Customer Portal directly

Go directly to the Jackrabbit Customer Portal, then enter the Customer Portal login credentials.

Note: When accessing the Billing Portal for the first time, create a password by requesting a password reset using the Billing Contact email address on file.
