Exclude a Class from the Total Hours used to calculate tuition.

Solution

Exclude a Class from the Total Hours count by selecting Exclude from Total Hours Count on the Class Summary tab; the Class Duration will not be included when Jackrabbit calculates By Total Hours tuition using the Fee Schedule.

1. Go to the desired Class record.
2. Select the Summary tab.
3. Locate Tuition Billing Method and confirm By Total Hours is selected.
4. Select Exclude from Total Hours Count.
5. Click the Save Changes button.
