Update settings for multiple classes at once with legacy Edit All Classes

Use legacy Edit All Classes to make changes to the settings for multiple classes without editing each one individually.

Solution

To update settings for multiple classes at once, use the Edit All Classes tool from the Classes menu.

1. Go to the Classes menu > Edit All Classes.
2. Use the Search Criteria to select the specific group of classes you want to work with and Submit.
3. On the legacy Edit Classes page, click the Show All button to display all results on one page if more than 50 classes are available across multiple pages.
4. Use the drop-down fields in each class row to edit specific classes in the list and make changes as needed. Or, use the Global Change row (highlighted yellow) to edit all selected classes on the page at once.   
5. Save Changes.
