Class not showing in the Online Registration form

Issue/Question

Why aren't the classes in our new session showing up in our Online Registration form?

Resolution

A setting in the Class record controls whether the class will be included in your Online Class Listing Tables. The setting must be set to Yes for the class to display.

  1. Go to theĀ ClassĀ record >Ā SummaryĀ tab.
  2. SetĀ Display in Online Class ListingsĀ to Yes.
  3. SaveĀ Changes.

To edit this setting for an entire session of classes at once, useĀ Edit All Classes.

SeeĀ Class not available onlineĀ for other online class visibility and enrollment issues.
