Understand why a class is not displayed, or is not available for enrollment, in Online Registration or the Parent Portal.

Solution

A class may not appear in Online Registration or the Parent Portal if one or more display, enrollment, or date settings prevent it from being shown.

On the Summary tab of the Class record, verify:

• Is Display in Online Class Listings set to Yes?
• Is Display in Portal Student Schedule set to Yes?
• Is Allow Online Registration set to Yes?
• Is Allow Portal Enrollment set to Yes?
• Is the class past its end date?
