Tuition discounts applying to larger fee instead of smaller fee

Jackrabbit is discounting the larger tuition or the first tuition listed on multiple families accounts instead of the smaller tuition. How do I fix this?

The Tuition Discount Rule associated with the class / classes controls whether the highest tuition or the lowest tuition gets the lowest discount. To change the rule so the highest tuition gets the lowest discount:

1. Go to Gear icon > Settings > Tuition & Discounting 
2. Under Manage Your Discount Rules select Manage Rules 
3. Click on the pencil icon next to the Discount Rule you wish to change
4. Under What order do you want to apply the discount? select Highest tuition get the lowest discount 
5. Repeat Step 4 if also using a Multi-Student Discount  
6. Save Changes

Discount rules can also be opened by going to the Class’s Summary tab and clicking on Edit Rule next to the name of the Tuition Discount Rule.
