Fees not auto-posting during enrollment for classes with By Session Dates billing cycle

We bill by session and the students in a class were not charged tuition upon enrollment. I want their fees to auto-post during enrollment.

When using the By Session Dates billing cycle, ensure your overall Session dates 'wrap around' the individual start and end dates of every class. If a class date falls outside this range, the system will not recognize it as part of the billing cycle and tuition fees will not post.

To update your session dates:

1. Navigate to the Gear icon > Settings > General.
2. Select Drop-down Lists from the left menu and then click on Session.
3. Locate the specific Session you are working on.
4. Set the Start Date to the earliest class start date and the End Date to the latest class end date.
5. Scroll to the top and click Save Changes.
