Tuition is prorating automatically during enrollment
Objective
Manage automatic tuition proration settings for students enrolling in classes to ensure accurate billing.
Solution
Update your Prorating Options to control whether Jackrabbit automatically calculates partial tuition based on enrollment dates.
Go to the Gear icon > Settings > Tuition & DiscountingÂ
Under Prorating Options, click Manage Options
If you do not want to prorate any classes, set Do you prorate (post partial tuition)? to No. Changes are automatically saved.
