Refunded payments - Fees cannot be deleted
Objective
Resolve an account balance when a fee cannot be deleted because it is linked to a refunded payment.
Solution
When a payment is refunded, it remains linked to the original fee which prevents that fee from being deleted.
Because the fee cannot be deleted, post a credit to offset the remaining balance. See Add a non-monetary credit to a Family accountÂ
