Tuition posts twice with family and student fixed fees

Identify and remove conflicting fee settings when an account is overbilled due to both family-level and student-level fixed fees being active.

Solution

Fixed fees override standard tuition calculations and post directly to the account. If both Student Fixed Fees and Family Fixed Fees are active within the same Family record, Jackrabbit will post both.

To ensure only one fixed fee is active, remove the conflicting fee setting from either the Family record (Billing Info tab) or Student record (Summary tab).
